Step 1: You need to update the new hire’s information on Skuad’s platform.
Step 2: Upon verification, Skuad will draft and send an offer letter with terms and conditions specific to the country of employment.
Step 3: Once the new hire accepts the offer letter, Skuad will send a locally compliant employee agreement for signature. You may sign an IP agreement between your company and the employee to protect your business and data.
Step 4: After the agreement is signed, the new hire is successfully onboarded on Skuad’s platform.
Yes, Skuad’s Global Employment and Payroll Platform lets you hire contractors in 160+ countries. When you hire a contractor, Skuad manages the contractor agreement in compliance with local labor laws in the country of employment.
