Post onboarding

Once onboarding was completed in a specific country, we managed the monthly payroll & compliance and also conducted employee training of Skuad’s platform. We also did monthly check-ins with IDH. 

A combination of this entire approach has enabled IDH to efficiently onboard candidates at a steady pace of ~1 employee per month.
