We're thrilled to announce the launch of our Time-Tracking Module! Employees can now manage and log their work hours with ease, while employers gain real-time visibility into team activities.
A user-friendly Calendar View has been implemented, making it easier than ever to log and manage your time.
Key Features:
Flexible Time Logging for you:
Employees can use the new ‘Calendar View’ to log time intuitively. This feature allows them to view, add, and edit hours in a way that fits seamlessly into the workflow. They can submit hours at any point within the pay period, with no restrictions on the number of logs that can be submitted.
Comprehensive Time Management:
The new UI allows employees to add break hours, tasks and apply for leaves/time off directly from the calendar view. They can also see your upcoming leaves displayed on the calendar, providing a complete overview of your work schedule.
Auto-fill Option:
In countries where timesheet filing is mandatory, employees now have the option to auto-fill logs for the entire month, saving time and ensuring compliance.
Additional Hours:
Employees can now apply for overtime, holiday hours, and weekend hours directly through the system. These will be subject to approval from the employer, streamlining the process for additional work hours.
How to Use the Time-Tracking Module
Step 1: Access the ‘Time-Tracking Module’ from the left navigation bar and select the time logs.
Step 2: Select the date and time range you wish to log your hours for. You can log regular hours, overtime, or additional hours as needed.
Step 3: Enter your work details, including tasks, break hours, and any other relevant information.
Step 4: Review and confirm your logged hours.

How to Apply for Time Off
Step 1: From the ‘Calendar View’, select the dates for your desired time off.
Step 2: Choose the type of leave (vacation, sick day, etc.) and submit your request.
Step 3: Your request will be sent for approval, and you'll see the status updated in your calendar once it's processed.
Access the My Submissions tab
Click on the ‘My Submissions’ tab to view all your previously submitted timesheets.
1. View Timesheets based on Pay Period
2. This tab displays your timesheets organized by pay period. You will also see a breakdown of hours, including:(Unapproved Hours, Rejected Hours, Approved Hours, Paid Hours)
3. Access Additional Options Click on the three dots (⋮) next to a timesheet to download the timesheet.
View Detailed Timesheet Information
Click on the client name to open a detailed view of the timesheet for that particular pay period.
