View detailed payment transactions and download payment receipts
The new ‘Payment Transaction Page’ showcases a summary of invoices and credit notes along with the payment method used for each transaction.
- Once the transaction is initiated on the platform and the status of the transaction is ‘Pending’, the below screen will be visible. Here, you can download the ‘Payment Instructions File’ which can be shared with the finance team to process the payment.
- Once the payment is received and the status of the transaction becomes ‘Successful’, the ‘Payment Receipt’ can be downloaded for added convenience in bookkeeping.
